Men Against Violence is committed to deliver workshops, talks and be participant in conferences and symposia in order to raise more awareness about the effects of the violence and to communicate and promote engagement of men and boys in preventing and ending all forms of violence whilst fostering equability between genders and sexes.
Earlier last year we have conducted a researcher is part of a project funded by the Malta Community Chest Fund dealing with sexual harassment at the workplace.
The full data deriving from this researcher will be published early 2019. However, some of the key results emerging can be found summarized here: https://www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20180112/local/75-per-cent-of-women-sexually-harassed-at-work.667751
In the meantime, we would like to inform that we will be holding two workshops – one is aimed for employers and another for workers based on the above mentioned results
The workshop for employers will aim to help company managers draw up a sexual harassment policy to protect workers from harassment and, at the same time, safeguard the interests of the company.
The other one will seek to help employees create a better, safer and healthier working environment by furthering their understanding of acceptable and unacceptable behaviour at work, including the different approaches of the key actors in a sexual harassment act.
Whilst both workshops will be delivered for free, we can offer that we do them at your workplace , or we will organise session and you attend on the set dates.
Whilst we thank you for your time and consideration, please feel free to come back to us for more information on the free workshops on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.. Mob: 99501180 , 99452835
